Rose Lee has over 25 years of experience in marketing, public relations and working with nonprofit organizations. She has provided development and production of major city and nationwide events from concept to delivery for corporations as well as fundraisers for high profile charities. She produced successful philanthropic events for Frank Sinatra, Julio Iglesias, Sammy Davis Jr. and many others. She has co-founded two children’s charities as well as the 501c3 We Are One Foundation.

For over ten years Rose Lee has worked in New York and Los Angles representing actors (most notable Halle Berry), writers and director interfacing with agents, publicists, business managers, and producers. She has worked on the development and procurement of scripts for feature films, television pilots/series and movies of the week, resulting in Emmy Awards. Other awards include: Woman of the Year, Governors Award for Excellence in Civic Contribution, Rotarian of the Year, and Woman of Achievement are just a few of her many awards. Barbara Altemus is the author of the book, “The Gift of Pain, Transforming Hurt Into Healing,” published by Penguin/Putnam. She has a Master’s Degree in Psychology, focusing on Marriage and Family Counseling and Latin American Studies. She is a filmmaker, family therapist, international peace activist, visionary, actor and poet. She has worked closely with world renowned peacemakers including Ela Gandhi, Dick Gregory, Chief Arvol Looking Horse, Michael Beckwith and Nobel Peace Prize Laureate Rigoberta Menchu Tum.

For nearly forty years she has lived among and learned from Native American spiritual leaders. Barbara has also studied and worked closely with Mayan, Polynesian and Zulu traditional healers. Barbara has lived and traveled throughout Mexico, Central America, South America and South Africa and is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese. She has also trained extensively in the fields of nutrition, energetic healing, herbology, mind-spirit treatment and other alternative healing modalities.
